Video
In the past I’ve produced an instructional video series for teachers at Washtenaw Community College. It covered both basic and advanced strategies for creating teaching content in the LMS platform Blackboard.
The goal here was a quick, accessible series of videos that could be consumed in a row, as needed for new faculty. Made using a combination of Camtasia and Screen-Cast-O-Matic, along with audio editing in Logic Pro X.
Simple Graphics
Creating quick graphics is a big part of helping people better visualize learning.
I like bold, direct images that provide clear detail. These were created for faculty members with Snagit.
Complex Graphics
These are more complex instructional design graphics I created from scratch.
This graphic looks at how Social Media Algorithms can lead to echo chambers. A more complex idea made manageable by the graphic.
